CESC Ltd subsidiary receives LoA from SECI

Purvah Green Power Private Limited (Purvah), a subsidiary of CESC Limited, has today, duly acknowledged the receipt and acceptance of the Letter of Award dated October 27, 2025 issued by Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited ("SECI") to Purvah, pursuant to Purvah's response submitted on the Request for Selection for setting up of 2000 MW ISTS-connected Solar PV Power Projects with 1000 MW/ 4000 MWh Energy Storage Systems in India issued by SECI in terms of the "Guidelines for Tariff Based Competitive Bidding Process for Procurement of Firm and Dispatchable Power from Grid Connected Renewable Energy Power Projects with Energy Storage Systems" dated June 9, 2023 issued by Ministry of Power, Government of India and amended from time to time ("Tariff Guidelines").
