Shree Cement Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 80

The Board of directors of Shree Cement Ltd has declared Interim dividend of Rs. 80/- per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the Financial Year 2025-26, which shall be payable to those shareholders who hold shares on the record date fixed by the Company i.e. Monday, 3rd November 2025. The dividend shall be paid from Friday, 14th November, 2025. The meeting of the Board started at 3:00 P.M. and concluded at 4:05 P.M.
