Bisil Plast Limited is now Karnawati Innovation Ltd

Bisil Plast Limited had earlier informed to the Stock Exchange about the proposal of change of name of the Company from Bisil Plast Limited to Karnawati Innovation Limited, subject to the necessary regulatory approval. Further, the said proposal was approved by the shareholders of the Company through postal ballot dated August 28, 2025.

The company have received the approval from the Registrar of Companies ('ROC') for change of the name and the ROC has also issued a fresh "Certificate of Incorporation" dated October 23, 2025.

Accordingly, the name of the Company stands changed from "Bisil Plast Limited to Karnawati Innovation Limited" with effect from October 23, 2025.

Further, the Company is in the process of filing required documents in respect of its name change to the Stock Exchange for doing the needful.

Shares of Bisil Plast Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2.47 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2.52. The total number of shares traded during the day was 42363 in over 120 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2.47 and intraday low of 2.47. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 104636.00.
