Ceigall Southern Ludhiana Bypass Pvt Ltd achieves financial closure for project

Ceigall Southern Ludhiana Bypass Private Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, has received a letter dated 22nd October, 2025 from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), confirming the noting of financial close for the said project.

The HAM project involves Development of 6-lane Greenfield Southern Ludhiana Bypass from intersection with NH-44 near Village Rajgarh to intersection with Delhi Katra Expressway (NE-5) near Village Ballowal (Km. 0+000 to Km. 25+240) as part of Ludhiana-Ajmer Economic Corridor on Hybrid Annuity Mode under NH(O) in the state of Punjab.

Shares of Ceigall India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 260.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 263.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6011 in over 194 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 263.15 and intraday low of 259.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1569879.00.
