PCBL Chemical Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of PCBL Chemical Ltd, at its Meeting held today, i.e., Friday, the 17th day of October, 2025, has considered and approved the declaration of an Interim Dividend @ 600%, i.e. Rs. 6.00/- per equity share of Re. 1/- each, for the financial year ending 31st March, 2026 and fixation of Monday, 27th October, 2025, as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of the afore-said Interim Dividend.
