BLS UK Hotels Ltd acquires Trefeddian Hotel Aberdovey Ltd

BLS UK Hotels Limited, step down subsidiary of BLS International Services Limited, has acquired 100% share capital of Trefeddian Hotel (Aberdovey) Limited, a company incorporated under the law of England and Wales. As a result of this acquisition, Trefeddian Hotel (Aberdovey) Limited will become, directly and indirectly, a Step - Down Subsidiary of the Company ("SDS")

The acquisition forms the Company's strategy to diversify into synergistic and allied service businesses. It will further broaden the Company's business portfolio, augment revenue streams, unlock operational synergies, and reinforce the foundation for sustainable long-term growth.

The cost of acquisition is GBP 6.55 million (INR 78.29 crores approx.)

Shares of BLS International Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 331.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 323.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 142989 in over 3503 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 332.90 and intraday low of 319.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 46946742.00.
