Omkara ARC acquires debt of Wind World India Ltd from NARCL

Authum Investment & Infrastructure limited ("AIIL") had applied for subscription to security receipts of face value INR 1,000 each ("SRs") that was proposed to be issued by Omkara PS 05/2025-26 Trust ("Trust"), a trust acting through its trustee Omkara Asset Reconstruction Private Limited ("OARPL"). OARPL is also acting as the investment manager / asset management company for the Trust.

The said trust has acquired the debt of M/s Wind World India Limited ("WWIL") from National Asset Reconstruction Company Limited ("NARCL").

At present, WWIL is primarily engaged in providing operation and maintenance services for its installed base of approximately 4,500 MW of windmills. In addition, WWIL, together with its subsidiary companies, owns and operates wind power assets aggregating to 550 MW, dedicated to power generation and sale.

The aggregate offer size of the SRs issuance undertaken by the Trust amounts to INR 1225 crores ("Issue Size"). AIIL contributed an amount equivalent to INR 1102.5 crores to the Trust, against which 1,10,25,000 SRs equivalent to 90% of the total issuance has been allotted to us on October 01, 2025.
