Morarka Finance Ltd receives fresh certificate of registration from RBI

Morarka Finance Limited has received approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Pravaah portal vide email dated August 21, 2025, for the conversion of the Company's registration status from NonBanking Financial Company (NBFC) - Type-II to NBFC - Type-I.

The revised fresh Certificate of Registration (CoR) reflecting the said change is issued by RBI dated September 22, 2025, which the Company has collected today as per instructions from RBI.

Shares of MORARKA FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 101.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 103.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 614 in over 21 trades.
