Brigade Group signs residential development in South Bengaluru with GDV of ₹ 1,200 Crores

Brigade Group has signed a Joint Development agreement to develop a residential project in Banashankari, 5th Stage, South Bengaluru. The project will be spread over 7.5 acres and is poised to deliver thoughtfully designed high quality residential spaces. The project has a gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹ 1,200 Crores and reinforces Brigade's commitment to creating high-quality urban living experiences in Bengaluru's high growth corridors.

Shares of Brigade Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 924.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 936.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9003 in over 838 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 959.75 and intraday low of 920.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8422562.00.
