Shakti Pumps Empanelled for 34,720 Off-Grid Solar Pumps by MSEDCL

Shakti Pumps (India) Limited (SPIL) [BSE: 531431, NSE: SHAKTIPUMP], a leading manufacturer of energy-efficient pumps and motors, is pleased to announce continued progress under its empanelment with the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL).
Following the Letter of Empanelment dated 12th August 2025 for the supply and installation of 34,720 Off-Grid DC Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems (SPWPS) under the Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump Yojana / PM KUSUM B, Shakti Pumps has now successfully completed three tranches of farmer bookings.
- First Tranche (10,000 SPWPS): Opened on 27th August 2025, fully booked within 1.5 hours. Order Value: Approx. Rs. 268.88 Crores (inclusive of GST).
- Second Tranche (12,451 SPWPS): Opened subsequently, also fully booked. Order Value: Approx. Rs. 347.41 Crores (inclusive of GST).
- Third Tranche (3,127 SPWPS): Recently opened and fully booked by farmers. Order Value: Approx. Rs. 86.40 Crores (inclusive of GST).
With 25,578 SPWPS already selected by farmers across three tranches valuing the total order to Rs. 702.69 Crores (inclusive of GST), Shakti Pumps is well on track to fulfill its empanelled commitment of 34,720 SPWPS, reinforcing its leadership in delivering sustainable water solutions at scale.

Shares of Shakti Pumps (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 875.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 868.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26384 in over 1219 trades.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 877.80 and intraday low of 859.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 22919141.00.
