Lehar Footwears Ltd has announced the launch of its new athleisure Brand 'Rannr', driven by core vision to deliver premium-quality footwear at value prices. With this launch, we aim to cater to the aspirations of the mass and mid-market segments while bridging the gap in accessibility to high-quality and trending shoes for a wider consumer base. Initially Rannr is planned to introduce over 250 SKUs of trending sports shoes. With Rannr and Lehar brands, we now have coverage over entire range of non-leather product segment including both open and closed footwear categories.
The brand will deliver performance-driven shoes combining comfort, durability, and value-driven for Indian consumers. Lehar will leverage its existing base of distribution, leading e-commerce platforms and PAN India supply chain. With launch of our own brand, we will also be launching our own platform under the D2C sales model to further boost our visibility and widen sales channel.
Commenting on the launch, Mr. Raj Kumar Agarwal, Chairman and Whole Time Director of Lehar Footwears Limited said: "Lehar and Rannr will serve as complementary brands within our broader focus on the non-leather footwear segment. We are confident that both will create positive synergies in product design, distribution, and consumer engagement. This launch also marks our foray into the closed footwear category, and we are excited to move forward with a comprehensive growth strategy."
Over the longer horizon, Rannr is positioned to evolve into a comprehensive sports and athleisure brand. We plan to diversify into specialized categories such as running, training, and lifestyle footwear, alongside launching performance-driven designs developed through our in-house design studio. Geographically, we intend to establish a Pan-India footprint and progressively expand into international markets across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East regions where Lehar Footwear already has a strong export base. By doing so, Rannr will bridge the affordability gap in quality sports footwear, while positioning itself as a trusted, value-driven global brand.
