Vedanta Ltd approves 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 16

The Board of Directors of Vedanta Limited (the "Company"), at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, August 21, 2025, has considered and approved the Second Interim Dividend of ₹ 16/- per equity share on face value of ₹ 1/- per equity share for the Financial Year 2025-26 amounting to c. ₹ 6,256 Crores.

The record date for the purpose of payment of dividend shall be Wednesday, August 27, 2025, and the interim dividend shall be duly paid within the stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.

Shares of Vedanta Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 446.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 445.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 796609 in over 7874 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 448.90 and intraday low of 443.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 355330945.00.
