Exhicon Events Media Solutions Limited ("the Company/Exhicon") has been awarded, AAHAR - 2025, India International Leather Fair 2026 & 2027 and other premier trade fairs at Chennai.

The Scope of Work under the Contract is as follows:

- Show Management: Skilled workforce deployment for installation, dismantling, maintenance, and exhibitor services throughout the event lifecycle.

- Stall Construction & Customisation: Setup of stalls using pre-fabricated Octonorm systems, offering modular and high-quality solutions for exhibitors.

- Carpeting & Flooring Solutions: Supply and installation of carpets and flooring across the exhibition area to meet international standards.

- Furniture Supply & Management: Provision of exhibitor-ready display units, and lounge setups.

- Facility Management: Complete housekeeping, waste management, and on-ground manpower support during fair periods

Strategic Significance:

- Ensures recurring and visible business revenues from ITPO's exhibitions in Chennai over two years.
- Strengthens EXHICON's presence in South India, complementing its pan-India footprint.
- Reinforces trust as a partner to India's apex trade promotion body.
