Magellanic Cloud Ltd's subsidiary Provigin Surveillance Ltd receives LoA from RVNL

Provigil Surveillance Limited, the wholly owned subsidiary of Magellanic Cloud Limited has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) for the provision of Video Surveillance Systems (VSS) across 441 D & E category stations, along with augmentation at 43 major stations (Categories A1, A, and B) of Southern Railway Valued at approximately Rs. 85 crores (Rupees Eighty-Five crores), this project is designed to enhance passenger security while delivering a cyber-secure, AI-enabled surveillance infrastructure across the railway network.

This follows the Company's earlier LoA received from NHAI worth Rs. 32 crores and Letter of Acceptance (LoA) received from South Central Railway worth 2.25 Cr., for the deployment of AIbased Video Surveillance Systems at Railways, national highways, with additional analytics featuring vehicle counting, classification through advanced video analytics. Together, these wins highlight Provigil's growing leadership in AI-driven video analytics and smart surveillance solutions.

Project Scope for Southern Railway:

- IP-Based CCTV Deployment - Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of high-definition IP CCTV cameras at stations and RPF/GRP posts.

- Networking Infrastructure - Implementation of robust networking equipment ensuring seamless connectivity and real-time monitoring.

- Advanced AI Integration - Deployment of Video Management Servers, AI-based Video Analytics, and Face Recognition Software (FRS) with scalable storage for intelligent monitoring, anomaly detection, and rapid incident response.

Aligned with RDSO specifications and stringent cybersecurity compliance, this AI-driven surveillance upgrade represents a significant leap forward in operational safety, reliability and passenger confidence. By integrating next-generation analytics, real-time facial recognition and centralized video management, Southern Railway is setting new benchmarks for secure and smart railway operations.
