VRL Logistics Ltd allots 8,74,68,495 Bonus Equity Shares

The Bonus Committee of the Board of Directors of VRL Logistics Limited on Monday, August 18, 2025 i.e. today has allotted 8,74,68,495 Bonus Equity Shares of ₹ 10/- each in the ratio 1:1 i.e., 1 (One) fully paid-up Equity Shares of ₹ 10/- each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up Equity Share of ₹ 10/- each held by those eligible Shareholders whose name appeared in the Register of Members of the Company as on Thursday, August 14, 2025, i.e., the Record Date fixed for this purpose.

The Paid up Share Capital (Pre-Bonus issue) has increased from 8,74,68,495 equity shares of Rs. 10 each (Rs. 87,46,84,950) to 17,49,36,990 (Post-Bonus issue) equity shares of Rs. 10 each (Rs. 174,93,69,900).

The new bonus equity shares shall rank pari-passu in all respect with the existing fully paid up equity shares of the Company.

Shares of VRL Logistics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 280.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 557.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 24185 in over 1045 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 284.80 and intraday low of 278.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6780341.00.
