Signatureglobal Business Park Ltd acquires 33.47 acres land

Signatureglobal Business Park Limited (formerly known as Signatureglobal Business Park Private Limited) ("SBPL"), a wholly owned subsidiary of SIGNATUREGLOBAL (INDIA) LIMITED, has executed three Sale Deeds today i.e. on August 14, 2025 to purchase the land admeasuring approximately 33.47 acres situated at Tehsil Sohna, District Gurugram, Haryana. Out of the said lands, the land admeasuring approximately 30.86 acres was in collaboration as disclosed in the Red Hearing Prospectus (RHP) dated 12th September, 2023.

The said lands have jointly an overall developable area of approximately 1.76 million square feet.

Shares of Signatureglobal India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1100.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1112.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12617 in over 318 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1144.95 and intraday low of 1097.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13951340.00.
