Athena Global Technologies Ltd enters into lease agereement with FedEx

Athena Global Technologies Limited has entered into a Lease Agreement with FedEx Express Transportation and Supply Chain Services (India) Private Limited for leasing 125,048.98 square feet, in the company project named as "Centaurus by Pheonix" which is entire 16th floor (North & South Wing) of the building.

The total annual rent for the Demised Premises shall be Rs. 8,70,34,090/ - (Indian Rupees Eight Crore Seventy Lakh hirty-Four Thousand and Ninety Only), payable in monthly installments of Rs. 72,52,841/ - (Indian Rupees SeventyTwo Lakh Fifty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty-One Only).

The Lessee will deposit with the Lessor a sum of INR 4,35,17,045/ - (Indian Rupees Four Crores Thirty-Five Lakhs Seventeen Thousand Forty-Five) ("IFRSD") as an interest free refundable security deposit.

This rental obligation shall commence after six months i.e 1st February, 2026.

The Rent shall be escalated by 15% (Fifteen percent) at the end of every 3 (Three) years commencing from the Lease Commencement Date, for the remaining period of the Lease Term.

Shares of Athena Global Technologies Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 93.26 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 91.03. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28201 in over 172 trades.
