Nibe Ltd enters into technical collaboration agreement with Elbit Systems Land Ltd

Nibe Limited ("the Company / Licensee") has entered into a Technical Collaboration Agreement with Elbit Systems Land Limited ("Licensor"), a leading global Israel based defence technology Company on July 26, 2025 for transfer of license and technology for Precise & Universal Launch System (PULS) including artillery rocket system capable of engaging targets with precision over a range of up to 300 km.

The licensor to provide the Know-How and grant the License to Licensee to Manufacture and perform the Licensee's Work Share including the assembly and integration of the Precise & Universal Launch System (PULS).

Shares of NIBE Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1661.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1648.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2816 in over 299 trades.
