Godavari Biorefineries Limited receives patent from CNIPA

China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) has granted our patent entitled, "5-HYDROXY-1,4-NAPHTHALENEDIONE FOR USE IN THE TREATMENT OF CANCER".

This patent covers a novel class of compounds that have exhibited strong inhibitory effects on cancer and cancer stem cells in vitro studies. These compounds have demonstrated significant efficacy against multiple cancer cell types, including breast and prostate cancer.

Shares of Godavari Biorefineries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 287.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 288.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17946 in over 138 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 299.15 and intraday low of 283.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5255445.00.
