Senores Pharmaceuticals Ltd to increase stake in Havix Group Inc. D/B/A Aavis Pharmaceuticals

As per the approval accorded by the Management Committee of Board of Directors of the Senores Pharmaceuticals Limited ("the Company or "the Purchaser"), in their meeting held today i.e. July 10, 2025, the Company has entered into the Share Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with one of the shareholders (Public Category) of Havix Group Inc. D/B/A Aavis Pharmaceuticals ("Havix" or "the Target Company") for acquisition of 6730 (Six Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty) equity shares of Havix i.e. 2.97% of the total paid up share capital of Havix and subject to the terms and conditions as mentioned in the SPA.

Further, post the aforesaid acquisition the aggregate shareholding of the Company (along with the shareholding of its wholly owned subsidiary - Senores Pharmaceuticals Inc.) in Havix will increase from 70.07% to 73.04%.

Havix was incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware on February 17, 2015. Havix is a US based company engaged in the business of developing, manufacturing and supplying of various finished formulations. The turnover of Havix for the financial year ended March 31, 2025 was USD 19,869,291.

Shares of Senores Pharmaceuticals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 588.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 587.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14718 in over 1109 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 591.25 and intraday low of 575.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8597736.00.
