Focus Business Solution Ltd fixes July 17, 2025 as record date for 29:50 bonus issue

The company has fixed Thursday, July 17, 2025 as the Record Date, for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares in the proportion of 29 (Twenty Nine) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/-each for every 50 (Fifty) existing Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, subject to approval by members in 18th Annual general meeting of Focus Business Solution Limited ("the Company") to be held on Monday, July 14, 2025.
