Akme Fintrade India Ltd enters into direct assignment transaction with MAS Financial Services Ltd

Akme Fintrade (India) Limited has entered into a Direct Assignment transaction with MAS Financial Services Limited for assignment of a pool principal amounting to Rs. 14,12,77,515/- (Rupees Fourteen Crores Twelve Lakhs Seventy-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Fifteen only) of TwoWheeler Loan receivables.

The transaction has been undertaken in the ordinary course of business and in accordance with applicable RBI Master Directions.
