MoU executed between Hindustan Copper Limited and Coal India Limited

Hindustan Copper Ltd (HCL) has executed an MoU with Coal India Limited (CIL) on 30.06.2025. The primary focus is to jointly identify and evaluate opportunities in copper and critical minerals sectors, and to explore participation in partnerships with renowned global companies in these sectors. This MoU does not constitute a legally binding relationship between the parties as per the conditions set-out in the MoU.
