Rane Madras Ltd approves sale of surplus land parcel located at Velachery

The Board of Directors of Rane Madras Ltd, at its meeting held today, approved the sale of clear and marketable title on land admeasuring 3.48 acres (approx.) out of the total land extent of 4.5 acres owned by the Company at the location 154, Velachery Main Road, Velachery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Canopy Living LLP a joint venture between Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited and Prestige Estates Projects Limited are the buyers of the property.

Shares of Rane (Madras) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1005.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 901.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 25963 in over 2471 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1054.55 and intraday low of 901.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 26213221.00.
