RailTel Corporation of India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.85

The Board of Directors of RailTel Corporation of India Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. Sunday, 15th June, 2025 has approved the recommendation of Final Dividend at the rate of 8.5% of paid-up share capital (Rs. 0.85/- per share) for the financial year 2024-25. This Final Dividend is in addition to Interim Dividends of Rs. 2/- per share already paid by the Company for the financial year 2024-25. The Final Dividend is subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The Final Dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the AGM.

Shares of Railtel Corporation Of India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 425.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 438.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 185838 in over 4257 trades.
