Prime Fresh Ltd successfully migrates to the mainboard of BSE Limited, Charting New Path for Strategic Growth!!

Prime Fresh Limited (PFL), fully integrated agriculture value chain company has successfully migrated from the BSE SME platform to the Mainboard of the BSE Limited (BSE), marking a significant milestone in its growth journey.

The migration involves 1,36,45,767 equity shares with a face value of Rs.10 each and has been carried out in compliance with SEBI's Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2018.

The performance follows an exceptional FY25. where company posted consolidated revenues of Rs 206.70 crore (38.57% YoY increase), EBITDA of Rs 13.32 crore (31.90% YoY increase). and net profit of Rs 9.12 crore (30.90% YoY increase). Prime Fresh Limited has grown at 30% CAGR on Sales & Profitability over the last 10 years!

Shares of Prime Fresh Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 198.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 191.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12378 in over 79 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 199.90 and intraday low of 190.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2442948.00.
