Kernex - KEC JV receives LOA for Kavach Ver 4.0 order

The "Western Railways, Ahmedabad" has issued a letter of Acceptance (LOA) to KERNEX - KEC CONSORTIUM for the project viz, for Provision of KA VACH Version 4.0 or latest (formerly known as Train Collision A voidance System-TCAS), including provision of communication back bone based on UHF and OFC on Palanpur - Samakhiyali - Gandhidham Section on Ahmedabad Division of Western Railway. The Company is partner of the said Joint Venture with a share of 70%.

The accepted Bid cost for the project is Rs. 182.81 Crores (Inc I. GST@18%)

The Completion period is 730 days from the date of LoA.

Shares of Kernex Microsystems (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1234.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1224.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 24635 in over 2066 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1270.55 and intraday low of 1173.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 30479283.00.
