Ashok Leyland Ltd receives order from TNSTC for 543 BSVI buses

Ashok Leyland Ltd has bagged an order for supplying 543 nos. BSVI Diesel Chassis and Fully Built Buses to Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation.

The total consideration of 543 buses is ₹183.80 Crores (approximate).

The order has been awarded post normal tender process with standard business prudent norms, terms and conditions. There are no adverse terms (or) conditions under the contract.

Shares of Ashok Leyland Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 236.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 236.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 479473 in over 5105 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 237.75 and intraday low of 235.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 113385696.00.
