Hubtown Limited updates on Transferrable Development Rights issued to the Company

Hubtown Limited is pleased to announce that it has obtained Transferable Development Rights (TDR) of 11,000 square meters from the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) and MCGM (Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai) as part consideration of its ongoing slum rehabilitation project in Andheri (E), Mumbai.

Shares of Hubtown Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 179.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 177.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16436 in over 455 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 181.45 and intraday low of 176.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2938067.00.
