Mini Diamonds India Ltd signs MOU with Unique Lab Grown, a leading global producer of Lab-Grown Rough Diamond

Mini Diamonds (India) Limited ("MDIL") has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Unique Lab Grown, a leading global producer of Lab-Grown Rough Diamond.

Through this MOU, MDIL shall have priority to receive supply of Lab-Grown Rough Diamond from 100 machines, which has capacity to produce approximately 10,000 to 15,000 carats of Lab-Grown Rough Diamond in a month.

This partnership shall ensure a consistent and high-quality supply of Lab-Grown Rough Diamond, enabling MDIL to scale production of lab grown polished diamonds through its high-end manufacturing facility which shall solidify its position as a key player in the industry.

This arrangement marks a major step in MDIL expansion strategy, strengthening its supply chain and enhancing its offerings across domestic and international markets.

Shri Upendra N. Shah, Chairman and Managing Director, Mini Diamonds (India) Limited, had to say the following with regards to this MOU: "We are in process of making our company with total chain of process in lab grown diamond studded jewellery. After this agreement, the company will exclusively have lab grown diamond growing machines and full chain of lab-grown polished rough diamond studded jewellery making facilities and retail outlets.

This agreement significantly boosts our ability to meet growing demand and reinforces our commitment to becoming a leader in the lab-grown diamond sector."

Shares of MINI DIAMONDS (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 212.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 207.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9680 in over 44 trades.
