The Board of Directors of IFGL Refractories Ltd has recommended payment of Final Dividend @10% i.e Re 1 per Equity Share of Rs 10 each face value for FY 2024-25, subject to necessary approvals/permissions including shareholders of the Company at their ensuing 18th Annual General Meeting (hereon ensuing A.GM).
