Jagran Prakashan Limited approves interim dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Jagran Prakashan Limited have considered and approved the payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25 of Rs. 6/-(Rupees Six only) each per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each on 26,36,54,272 fully paid-up equity shares of the Company (i.e. 300 %), subject to the deduction of tax as per the applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961 as amended from time to time.
