NTPC Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.35

The Board of Directors of NTPC Ltd has recommended the final dividend at the rate of 33.50% (Rs. 3.35 per share) for the financial year 2024-25, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The aforesaid final dividend is in addition to the first interim dividend at the rate of Rs. 2.50 per share & second interim dividend at the rate of Rs. 2.50 per share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2024-25 paid in November'24 & February'25, respectively.

Shares of NTPC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 344.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 341.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 228495 in over 5464 trades.
