Sharda Motor Industries Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 32.50

The Board of Directors of Sharda Motor Industries Limited has recommended a final Dividend of Rs. 32.50 per equity share of Face Value of Rs. 2/- each (i.e 1625% of Face Value per equity share); for the Financial Year 2024-25 subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The Board of Directors has fixed Friday, June 13, 2025 as the record date for the purpose of final dividend for the financial year 2024-25, if approved by the shareholders in Annual General meeting.
