Wonder Electricals Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.10

The Board of Directors of Wonder Electricals Ltd has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 0.10/- per share (i.e. 10% of face value of Rs. 1/- each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Accordingly, the said dividend, if approved, by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company will be paid (subject to deduction of tax at source) within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting. The Record Date for the purpose of the Final Dividend and the Date of Annual General Meeting (for the F. Y. 2024-25) shall be intimated in due course.
