The Board of Directors of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd has recommended final dividend at the rate of ₹1.25/- per equity share of face value of ₹5/- each i.e. @25% for the Financial Year 2024-25 subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
