R K Swamy Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of R K Swamy Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs.1.50/- (One Rupee and Fifty Paise) (30%) per Equity share of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five Only) each (fully paid-up) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, which shall be payable subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting("AGM") of the Company.
