VA TECH WABAG Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of VA TECH WABAG Ltd have recommended a final Dividend of INR 4.00/- per Equity Share of face value INR 2/- each (200%) for the FY 2024-25 commemorating "WABAG's Century long Leadership in Water and Sustainability". The said dividend recommended to the Members of the Company, shall be subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.

Shares of VA Tech Wabag Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1409.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1396.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 29675 in over 2746 trades.
