Xchanging Solutions Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Xchanging Solutions Limited has recommended final dividend of INR 2/- per Equity Share @ 20% on the face value of INR 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
