Chemcrux Enterprises Ltd enters into agreement with Deepak Nitrite Ltd for Para Nitro Benzoic Acid

Chemcrux Enterprises Limited has entered into Exclusive Purchase and Marketing Agreement with Deepak Nitrite Limited for Para Nitro Benzoic Acid (hereinafter referred to as "PNBA").

The agreement involves supply of Raw Materials by Deepak Nitrite Limited and/or its subsidiary Deepak Chem Tech Limited for manufacturing of PNBA. The PNBA will be manufactured by Chemcrux Enterprises Limited and marketed by Deepak Nitrite Limited.

Shares of Chemcrux Enterprises Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 151.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 146.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23604 in over 347 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 153.60 and intraday low of 139.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3379395.00.
