Nirlon Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 11

The Board of Directors of Nirlon Ltd has approved the recommendation of a final Dividend of Rs. 11/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (@110%) for the Financial Year 2024-25, subject to Shareholders' approval at their 66th AGM to be held and the same is subject to the provision of applicable laws.
