The said land is adjacent to the land which was acquired on May 09, 2025, as on date the company has acquired total land parcel approximately 17.79 Hectares (43.957 Acres) at Mauza Takli, Tahsil Hingna, District Nagpur.

Shares of Kesar India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 668.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 653.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2400 in over 12 trades.
