MPS Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 50

The Board of Directors of MPS Limited have recommended a final dividend of INR 50/- per equity share of face value of INR 10/- each, for the financial year 2024-25. This is in addition to the Interim Dividend of INR 33/- per equity share, declared during the Financial Year 2024-25.

The Final Dividend, if approved by the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company, shall be paid/dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of AGM.

Shares of MPS Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2575.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2595.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2691 in over 664 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2699.80 and intraday low of 2515.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6930190.00.
