Dhanuka Agritech Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Dhanuka Agritech Limited has recommended Final Dividend @ 100% ie Rs. 2/- per Equity Share having a face value of Rs, 2/- per share to the Members of the Company and the same will be paid within 30 days of AGM subject to the approval of Members at ensuing 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.

Shares of Dhanuka Agritech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1612.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1451.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 35735 in over 3813 trades.
