PDS Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.70

The Board of Directors of PDS Ltd has recommended payment of Final Dividend of Rs. 1.70/- (Rupees One and Seventy Paisa Only) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two Only) each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The Final Dividend, upon approval by the members, will be paid within 30 days from the date of the AGM, subject to deduction of tax at source. The record date for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend, if declared, shall be July 17, 2025.
