BLS International Services Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of BLS International Services Ltd has recommended final dividend @ 100% on face value i.e. 1.00/- per equity share of Face Value of Rs. 1/- each on 41,17,40,908 equity shares of the Company, for the financial year 2024-25, subject to the approval of the shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
