Godfrey Phillips India Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 60

The Board of Directors of Godfrey Phillips India Limited have recommended Final Dividend of 3,000% i.e. Rs. 60/- per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2025, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company. The final dividend, as may be declared in the AGM, will be paid within 30 days from the date of the AGM and the date of payment thereof shall be intimated in due course of time.
