Global Health Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Global Health Limited has approved the recommendation of Final Dividend of Rs. 0.50/- (25%) per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The Record Date for confirming the eligibility of shareholders shall be intimated separately.

Further, the said Final Dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM shall be paid/ despatched to all eligible shareholders within 30 days from the date of AGM.

Shares of Global Health Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1243.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1241.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2191 in over 191 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1250.85 and intraday low of 1235.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2722239.00.
