Arvind Limited recommends final dividend Rs. 3.75

The Board of Directors of Arvind Limited has recommended final dividend of Rs. 3.75/- per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each, for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025 subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The dividend shall be paid/dispatched to the members within 30 days of declaration. We shall inform the date of Annual General Meeting in due course.
