Torrent Power Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Torrent Power Limited has recommended to the Members a Final Dividend of ₹ 5 per Equity Share on 50,39,03,543 Equity Shares of ₹ 10 each. The Final Dividend, if declared by the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be paid to the Members subject to deduction of tax at source on or before September 04, 2025. Earlier an Interim Dividend of ₹ 14 per Equity Share was paid during Q4 FY 2024-25.

Shares of Torrent Power Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1452.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1427.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 24581 in over 2805 trades.
